You can tell a man by the kinds of foods he eats, and how he cares for himself afterward. The kind of man who doesn’t give a hoot what he shoves in, and who does not exercise in any way, is a kind of man who’s going to be dead sooner than later. Remember that, and don’t let that be your story.

I know that certain acts are so easy to neglect but facts are facts. For example, Lipids do not dissolve in water. Cholesterol is a lipid, so it is not going to be dissolving in your blood. Very simply, don’t let it hang around in your blood long enough to cause you problems. Flush it out with rapidly cycled detox diets.
