2. Don’t bully yourself into action: Instead of forcing yourself to do something in order to avoid a negative outcome, push yourself to do something because you are going towards a positive outcome. In other words, use a carrot, not a whip to motivate yourself.
3. Expect to fail: This is what gets most people. They make a mistake or have a bad day and then they throw in the towel and go on an all out binge. In reality, the most successful people in all areas of life have the highest frequency of mistakes. The key here is to embrace them and never stop moving forward.
4. Make your environment extremely motivating: Don’t rely on internal drive and self control here. Manipulate your environment as much as possible for the best results here. If you do this, you are much more likely to succeed.
5. Pay attention to routines, not results: Although counterintuitive, if you obsess over results you are less likely to succeed. You see, obsessing over results is an emotional roller coaster ride. Focusing on routines, on the other hand, is much more fruitful.
6. Set time limits as often as possible: Having time limits is a great way to get more done. You see, time limits force you to focus on the critical steps for success. Otherwise, your main goal might remain a dream. Use deadlines here to increase your chances of reaching your goal.
The mind game is more important than the exercise game and dieting game. After all, once you lose motivation everything else will come apart!

Running is an absolutely huge part of my life. It’s something that I believe everyone should do. Even though it’s hard to motivate sometimes, I’m always pushing myself to make sure that I did my running for the day.
Still, the benefits of running are clear as day to me and there’s one thing I’ve noticed about it all. I’ve never regretted running after I’ve finished a run.
No matter how easy or hard the run ways, my body is always uplifted once it’s all done. Any resistance all stems from the brain, which is good and bad. The good news is that we can overcome this all. Unfortunately, it’s still hard to do.
Running is great for both the body and mind. Not only is it a great means of burning calories and keeping our weight down, but the process of running releases endorphins to the rest of the body, making you feel naturally happy after a run.

Flabby Arms And Their Relationship To Sugar
Some people believe that sugar addictions are not real. However, recent research has shown that sugar has drug-like effects on the brain. And anything drug-like is probably not good for your flabby arm mission.

4. Have some fake sugar. Artificial sweeteners can trick your brain into thinking that it is getting sugar. You get the taste without the calories. The key here is to use them sparingly since we still do not know if they are safe.
5. Have loose leaf teas. Yerba mate is your best bet here. This tea is so powerful that it can knock out your cravings for an entire day. The only catch here is that you may have some trouble sleeping. Make sure you have the loose leaf version.
Getting rid of flabby arms and sugar addictions do not mix. I strongly recommend that you attack your sugar addiction head on if you really want lean and toned arms. Once the sugar intake is lowered, insulin will go down and you will be well on your way to flabby arm freedom.
