Goal #3- Believe It!

We have cleared the hurdle for Goal #1 and Goal #2, now how are we going to convince ourselves that we need to accomplish them without quitting? Glad you asked about Goal #3. First of all why do you have to believe it?

Well you might have started down this road before only to turn back or just stand there and get lost. If your mind or subconscious doesn’t get into this game you’ll probably lose.

Goal#4- Setting Up Your Daily Reminder

Remember for Goal#3 you got your head into the game. Well now you have to keep it in the game. How? By rehearsing your written Goals #1 through #3. You need to hear them out loud probably twice a day so you don’t forget them. There is a saying about when you free your mind your rear end will follow. Keep your body parts in the game with your head.
