This is really true because any dieting can really cause some side effect such as being cranky. Some people even experience vomiting. But these are all normal since the body is responding to the detoxifying process made by the lemonade diet.

However, the Master Cleanse Diet fast is not for all. Make sure you consult your doctor if your body can take the drastic weight loss when you take this diet. Those who have a history of diabetes need not bother doing so since it can just make it worse for the person. Women who are lactating and are pregnant are also some of the exceptions to the rule. Do not jeopardize the health of your baby by your wanting to shed that unwanted pounds off your body.

How you view yourself is what matters in the end. Doing things for the right and sane reasons are far more important than doing it out of mere curiosity only. In the end, you will just feel frustrated and unsuccessful.
