The Ultimate Fat Burning Foods For A Fat Burning Diet

If your goal is to lose belly fat, then you need to accept the fact that simply changing your current eating habits probably won’t make much of a difference at all if you’re not involved in some or other exercise program. Of course if you are already doing exercises which involve both strength training and interval training, then you’ll only need to worry about avoiding foods which encourage the accumulation of fat, while at the same time focusing on those foods which are healthy and nutrient-rich.

Let’s just say that a belly fat burning diet is practically no different to any other fat burning diet. No matter what you may have heard in the past, there’s no such thing as a diet which can you target only the fat on a specific part of your body. In other words, even though you may think you’re on a belly fat burning diet, you could very well discover that you start losing excess fat from your hips first. This is of course what any fat burning diet aims to do, so as you can see there is no real difference. The great thing is that by the time you reach your fat percentage goal, you’ll have achieved a lot more than what you first set out to.

It’s impossible to fit a whole fat burning diet program here, but here are some facts:

1. Don’t think you need to avoid eating all types of fat simply because you’re embarking on a fat burning diet. You will however need to avoid foods which contain “unhealthy” fats. Healthy fats on the other hand can help you to control cravings, they can help to regulate your appetite, and they can also help to manage blood sugar levels. Foods you should be eating would include avocados, nuts, and most seeds.

2. Even when you’re eating all the best fat burning foods such as cereals, crackers, and pasta, you’ll still need to control the size of the portions. You should also steer clear of those foods which contain refined flour, or else you may find they increase your blood sugar quite drastically.

3. Many people are taught to believe that egg yolks are the source of fat and they should avoid it at all cost. This is completely the wrong approach and it cut the benefits from eating egg since most of the vitamins are in the yolk.

The same applies to several other dairy products, including the likes of butter, milk, and beef. By excluding these foods from your diet, you’ll essentially have passed on a good source of nutrient rich foods, particularly if the cattle are raised as free range cattle.

4. The beliefs about whole grain and oatmeal as the healthiest foods are also just a myth; many people are being misled and don’t realize that the bran is the most nutrient dense part in the grain. By selecting oat bran instead of oatmeal, you’ve got more nutritional benefits while avoiding excess starches and calories.

As I said, a belly fat burning diet is no difference than regular diet to burn excess fat, so pay attention on what you eat and what you avoid. By recognizing the real nutritious foods and ignoring the food myth, you’ll be one step closer to your flat stomach.
